We purchased our community in February of 2025. Being resident owned has given us all the power and responsibility of running and managing our community. This means that we choose what gets done when, how, and by whom. We now control the cost concerning our lots, and our goal is to keeps costs as low as possible.  This provides stability for our homeowner members. We do not have to fear the land being sold out from under us, or new owners raising costs, or maintenance not being done. This makes living here reassuring, and a welcome change.

Each homeowner member has a vote within the community, which allows for all to participate in keeping the community functioning and running smoothly, while still accomplishing the necessary maintenance, upgrades, and fixes to make the community the best it can be.
